Good celly paint - well mixed - good self-leveling
To say anyone could apply this would be a lie, but it's not far from the truth. Good paint, levels out nicely. Flashes off really quickly and leaves a nice finish. I tend to only buy RAL colours in black and white, but always works well. I use 2K paint and this stuff and I do prefer this where a chemical resistance is not as important.
