Order Processing and Dispatch

At Express Paints, we aim to dispatch orders received before 2:00pm on a working day for delivery on the next working day, subject to stock availability and delivery arrangements.

Next working day delivery is an aim and is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Although we monitor stock levels regularly, occasionally an item may be unavailable. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss the available options, which may include placing the item on back order, offering an alternative product where appropriate, or arranging a refund.

Delivery Times and Courier Delays

We use our own vehicles for local deliveries and courier services for deliveries further afield.

The estimated delivery date will be provided in your dispatch confirmation or communicated to you by our team.

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier service disruption, adverse weather, traffic, strikes or other unforeseen events.

If a delay affects your estimated delivery date, we will do our best to keep you informed and provide an updated delivery estimate where possible. We will also assist with delivery enquiries and liaise with the courier where necessary.

Delivery dates and times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights or our obligations under the applicable Terms & Conditions.

If we are unable to deliver your order within 30 days, we will cancel the order and provide a refund unless we have agreed a different arrangement with you.

Delivery Charges

We currently offer standard delivery to mainland UK addresses only.

FREE next working day delivery on orders over £100, excluding VAT.
£7.00 +VAT next working day delivery on orders under £100, excluding VAT.
AM delivery may be available on request.

* Please note deliveries to Scottish addresses can occasionally take two working days due to hub logistics.

Additional Charges

£15.00 - Next working day delivery before 12.00 available to Mainland UK, Central Scotland & Scottish Borders.
£35.00 - Saturday delivery before 12.00 available to Mainland UK, Central Scotland & Scottish Borders.

Surcharges

All orders are subject to a surcharge if classed as Scottish Highlands or Off Shore by our courier i.e. not part of the UK mainland, you will be contacted before shipping to agree this surcharge.

£6.00 - Scottish Highlands AB,DD,IV,KW,PA,PH
£15.00 - Scottish Islands and certain IV,KW,AB,PA40,PH26

Please note we do not ship to the Channel Islands OR Ireland

First orders have to be delivered to the cardholders billing address. This enables us to complete the final stage of our security checks any subsequent orders may be sent to a alternative delivery address. If you are not at home or work to sign for your delivery you may request for a neighbour to take in the goods or alternately leave in a safe place. (Goods left will be done at your own risk).
