Our aim is to dispatch all orders received before 2pm the same day so your goods are received on the next working day. Due to the restrictions applied by Air Transport Association (IATA) we are unable to dispatch dangerous, hazardous or prohibited goods Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland or Scottish Isles.

All orders are subject to a surcharge if classed as Scottish Highlands or Off Shore by our courier i.e. not part of the UK mainland, you will be contacted before shipping to agree this surcharge.
