Whilst we monitor stock levels daily we occasionally are unable to complete an order, if this happens you will be contacted and offered a back order, refund or a alternative product if possible. Due to the restrictions applied by Air Transport Association (IATA) we are unable to dispatch dangerous, hazardous or prohibited goods Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland or Scottish Isles.

All orders are subject to a surcharge if classed as Scottish Highlands or Off Shore by our courier i.e. not part of the UK mainland, you will be contacted before shipping to agree this surcharge.

This enables us to complete the final stage of our security checks any subsequent orders may be sent to a alternative delivery address.
