Technical Specifications:
- Mix @ 4 parts basecoat + 1 part Express Wheel basecoat thinner.
- 2.5 coat application - 1 light even coat (5 min flash off) - 1 even full coat (5 min flash off) - 1 even drop coat (5 min flash off before clearcoat)
